Measurement principle: Comparative measurement. Use displacement sensors to measure the difference between the tested part and the standard part, and then calculate the relevant dimensions of the tested part. The entire control system adopts Profinet bus communication method to communicate with the upper computer through OPC, with strong integration and safe and reliable communication.
Measurement range: This special machine can adapt to various sizes of measurements through manual adjustment. The center distance is 120mm-150mm, the inner diameter of the large hole is 40mm-60mm, the inner diameter of the small hole is 15mm-30mm, and the thickness of the large end is 18mm-30mm.
Measurement rhythm: When the measuring machine is at 100% capacity, the rhythm of the measuring machine should not exceed 10 seconds. This rhythm is the interval time between continuous production of qualified connecting rods during normal operation.
Measurement station technical level: resolution 0.0001mm, measurement accuracy ± 0.001mm, measurement repeatability GRR value: GRR ≤ 10%.
